The standards Metro Exterminating must adhere to represent less than two percent of the industry that have taken the steps to become a QualityPro recognized company, through the (NPMA) National Pest Management Association.
Standards we follow as a QualityPro company:
- Checking employee references and driving history
- Doing criminal background checks on all employees
- Employing only highly-trained, registered and credentialed employees
- Maintaining a drug-free workplace
- Ensuring that technicians are highly skilled, trained professionals in Pest Management
- Offering a clear, easy-to-understand warranty and termite service agreement
- Maintaining up-to-date insurance policies
- Truthful and ethical Advertising

- ISTC (Industrial Safety Training Counsel) yearly requirements
